Dear Diary, -Age 12-
I got a diary today! I’m so happy! I can’t wait to write about all the adventures that I go on! My sister is jealous because she doesn’t have a diary yet. I told her it’s because she’s too young. She’s only 8 years old, so I don’t even know what she’d write! Anyways, I’ll write in here as soon as I have my first adventure!
Dear Diary -Age 15-
So today I turned 15 years old! My parents threw me this HUGE party! It was great! I think my sister was jealous again because she hasn’t had a party that big before! But I turned 15 so it was a big day! I’m sure she’ll get a big party when she turns 15 years old, too! I got tons of presents, too! I think I’m gonna go check them out now!
Dear Diary -Age 16-
I met this really nice guy today. He’s only two years older than I am. His name was Adrian! He was so nice to me. We went for a walk out in the gardens and he told me that I was the most beautiful flower there! I was so happy! I can’t wait to see him again! He promised me before he left that he would come back to see me again. Oh, I can’t wait! He was so handsome!
Dear Diary -Age 16-
Adrian came back today! We spent nearly the whole day together! He’s so charming. I’ve never met anyone quite like him before. And he asked me out on a date! Oh, I can’t wait! I’m so excited! I told my sister Rosa about it and she seemed happy for me, too!

I went on my date with Adrian! It was so magical! Oh, I think I’m in love! I can’t stop thinking about him! He’s always on my mind it seems.. I can’t wait to see him again!

I’ve been seeing Adrian for two years now! I’m so completely in love with him! It’s so wonderful! I’m so lucky to have found such a wonderful man!!
Dear Diary -Age 19-
OH MY GOODNESSSSSSSSSS!! ADRIAN PROPOSED TO ME TODAY!! I’m so happy! We’re going to get married!! We haven’t told anyone about the engagement yet! We’re going to announce it together at an upcoming party!

I-I found out something strange.. Adrian told me, well he said he’s a vampire… He told me that he wanted to spend eternity with me and wants me to become a vampire as well. I love him and I do want to be with him forever so… I think I’ll become a, uh, vampire!

It’s been a little while since I’ve written in here.
I did it. I’m a vampire now. I haven’t dared told anyone, especially not my sister. The party is coming up where we’ll announce the engagement. I’m very excited for it! Being a vampire is so different! It’s something that I’m definitely going to have to get used to.. But I’m sure Adrian will always be here to help me through it.

The party was today. Everything went horribly wrong. We announced our engagement and everything seemed fine and than I found him making out with my sister. I’m crushed. I don’t know what to do. I can’t believe they would both betray me like this…

Adrian found me and told me that my sister came onto him first. He wants me to take him back. I still love him but I don’t know if I can be with him.. But what would I do? I’m a vampire now. I don’t know what to do without him.

Rosa told me today that she and Adrian had been having an affair for quite some time now. I told her what he was.. But she already knew. She told me that he turned her long before he turned me. Again, I feel crushed. And apparently he’s been telling her that I’m just a game to him and that he’s only serious about her. I don’t know what to do…

I went to a ball today. Both Adrian and Rosa were there. I made Adrian choose. I told him he couldn’t have both me and Rosa. So he chose. And he chose Rosa over me. I’m leaving. I can’t stay in this town anymore.

I went to Europe, I’ve been living in Paris for quite a while now.. Being a vampire is hard and I’m still heartbroken. The two people I trusted the most betrayed me. And now I’m stuck like this for all eternity. Alone.

Adrian found me today. He told me that Rosa was dead. He said that a hunter killed her. I was furious. But even more so when he tried to get back with me. The nerve! My sister loved him and the second she’s dead he comes crawling back to me! I will not be with a man like him!

Adrian won’t leave me alone. He insists that he really loved me all along and that he still loves me. He’s messing with my head. Part of me wants to believe him but the other part knows that he doesn’t really love me. The nerve. I can’t believe I almost married this man.

I had to leave Paris. Adrian was showing up at my door every day. I’m going to Japan. Perhaps I can hide out on one of the islands for a while. Maybe he’ll give up on me.

Nope, he didn’t give up on me. He found the island that I was hiding on and began begging for me to come back to him. It was so hard to say no… He left me a present before he left and said something before leaving. He said: “I will find you again and you WILL take me back.” Than he was gone. The present was a music box. But it doesn’t open. It’s sealed shut. What a piece of crap.

He really hasn’t bothered me since that day.. It’s very odd…. I can’t forget what he said before he left. It scares me. There was this glint in his eye when he said it. Something terrifying that I’d never seen before… I wonder how my sister really died…

I’m scared living out on my own now. It’s been a few months since I’ve seen Adrian but I never feel safe anymore. I remember those eyes… They haunt my dreams now. Can’t I ever get away from him? I hate him. I hate him SO much. I can’t remember what it’s like to feel happy anymore.. Every time I close my eyes, I see his.

I had a terrible nightmare about Adrian last night. It seemed so real though. He told me he was coming for me soon. I’m so freaked out now. I feel so paranoid. I need to find a place safe to hide.

Today I heard about a mansion where others like me live. That sounds safe. Maybe I can hide there and Adrian won’t find me. I can only hope. I’m going to go there tomorrow morning and hopefully they’ll take me in…

Well, I’m staying at the mansion now. Everyone here is so nice. I met a guy named Jim. He’s been so kind to me and I feel so happy around him. I’m actually having fun again. And he asked me to a ball that’s tomorrow night! I’m so excited! I can’t wait! Ana and I went dress shopping together! This place is amazing!! I’m so glad I decided to come here!

UGH! I’m SUCH an IDIOT! Jim was about to kiss me and than I ran off! What’s wrong with me? This is all Adrian’s fault! He won’t leave me alone. When I closed my eyes, I saw those eyes. Those cold, glaring eyes. I kind of panicked and ran off. Can I not have one day where he doesn’t bother me?! I hate him SO much.

Hunters attacked today. It was quite chaotic. There was soo many people there in the kitchen when it happened. Apparently hunters attacked last night after I left, too.

We had a jam session in the music room and everything was great!! ...But than Adrian started messing with me. I felt like I was on fire, like my insides were burning.. It was awful and I know Adrian was causing it all. I KNOW it was him.. I focused on Jim's voice though and made it through. It was terrifying.. I'm glad Jim was there, otherwise I don't think it would've stopped.
