A light purple book lies on the desk. It looks to be new or at least in good conditions.

Mother gave me this book. She said since she is not around sometime, I could write down my thoughts when I’m bored. To be honest, I used to see her a lot but since I turned sixteen a year and half ago, I only see her at night. Weird.

I was very happy for today. I’m happy because Mother has finally owns me to go out and explore the villages close by. However, I had to promise her that I would return by eleven at night.

I met my first friend today. Her name is Eve. I met her in the town square. She was sooo much fun to be around. She even said that she could even introduce me to some boys. I can’t wait.

Today, I met Eve’s boyfriend, Frank. He seems nice. But, I don’t know. He continued to look at me with a charming smile.

I HATE Frank. I went back into the town today since there was a huge party. However, only Frank was there. He said Eve was sick. It first started out fine. I would talk to him, talk to some other people, and dance for a little bit. However, at 10:48, I was about going home when Frank said he wanted to show me something. We went into the forest and he showed me a cave where you could see the village perfectly. I was about to leave when Frank grabbed me by the hand. He started to sound drunk. He kept on going on how I was so beautiful, Eve was nothing compares to me, and I should leave my mother and run away with him. He was about to kiss me when I quickly smacked and pushed him away from me. Then I quickly ran away. I can’t believe that a-word wanted me to cheat with him.

Mother knows. She saw me with Frank. Only thing is she didn’t see me smack him. She thought I was going to leave her and run away with him. I tried to explain to her what really happened, but she refused to listen to me. She said she knew a proper punishment for me.

My mother is a vampire. That would explain why I would only see her in the night. I’m pretty sure that she turned me into one as well. All I can remember was that she was going for my neck and me getting knocked out. I went back to the town that night to talk Eve about Frank. However, Frank told her a different story. He told her that I was trying to hit on him and tried to kiss him. I tried to tell Eve the truth. However, when she started to believe me, Frank started to see my fangs growing. I quickly ran out of the town before any one could see. The only thing I remember before I ran off was Eve screaming and Frank yelling at me.

My hair has super long since I had ran away. That has been just two days. I live in the forest now. It is save here since I can eat berries and the tree can shield me well enough from the sunlight. I also realized today that I have a power. I can now talk to animals and my hair can heal. That would explain why it has grown so much.

Today, I met someone. Her name is Meg. She could tell I was a vampire. She invited me to a place where I could be with people like me. I accepted.

Today, Meg said we could ourselves a “pet.” Since I have only been here for about two days, I’m very lonely. That why I want a pet. I knew that I’ll probably meet people soon. But, I want a best friend, some one who can replace Eve.

I did it. I found a pet. I found a girl in the woods, running from something. I quickly followed her and hit her on the head with my frying pan. I then quickly take her back to the mansion and into a bedroom.

She, my pet, is still asleep. However, today, I met Ana, Jim, and Cale. Ana and Jim both are very nice and fun to be around. However, Cale kind of remind me of Frank. I only hope he doesn’t try to anything like Frank did.

I met my pet today. Her name is Diya. Also, she hates my guts. She thinks I’m a monster. Great, she is like Eve. I also met Lilo. She is really cute. I hope with Diya will soon see me not as a monster. But as a friend.
