*the window opens and a figure crawls through, Ariel not noticing*

Ariel: *still humming as she picks out her clothes*

Ariel: *jumps and turns around, heaving a sigh of relief when she sees who it is* Angel! Don't scare me like that!
Angel: Sorry.
Ariel: You could have just come through the door you know! No need to be all ninja-like. ^^
Angel: I couldn't risk being seen.
Ariel: *blinks* What do you mean?
Angel: *gives her a grim look* You know he's back, right?
Ariel: *blinks and looks down, nodding* Yeah, I know. And I've been really careful too!
Angel: Careful isn't enough. He's tired of waiting. He's coming after you.
Ariel: *eyes widen* Oh no - I've got to warn Jessi!
Angel: NO! *grabs Ariel's arms* Ariel, you're the one he's after! Not Jessica! Jessica was just a way to get to you!
Ariel: *blinks in surprise, her eyes widening slightly* Wha - what?
Angel: You're the only one he cares about. The only one he's after. If you warn Jessica, or Sora, or anyone else, he they'll fight for you, but he's powerful, and he will kill them.
Ariel: *eyes widen and tear up* No . . .
Angel: I'm sorry.
Ariel: Angel, what do I do? I can't stay here! I'm putting my sister and the guy I love in danger!
Angel: I know a place where we can hide. I've been tracking this vamp for years, I'll be able to protect you and hide you from him. But we're going to have to leave here. We're going to have to go far, far away.
Ariel: *eyes widen* How far?
Angel: Too far to reach by foot.
Ariel: *eyes tear up* Can't . . . can't Jessi come with us? Or . . . or maybe I can ask Sora to -
Angel: They'll just slow us down, and it'll be too difficult to hide them all. He's more familiar with Jessica's scent than with yours, he'll be able to track us easier if she comes along. And that Darkness that resides within Sora gives off such a strong aura that he'll have no trouble finding us if he comes along too.
Ariel: *eyes tear up* When . . . when are we leaving?
Angel: Immediately.
Ariel: *eyes widen* C-can't I tell them good-bye first?
Angel: I'm sorry, but we've wasted enough time as it is. You have to be gone long enough that he knows you're not here anymore, otherwise you'll just be putting everyone in more danger.
Ariel: *trembles* Angel . . . will we ever be coming back.
Angel: *looks her in the eyes* I don't know Ariel. I don't know.
Ariel: *a few tears trickle down her cheeks* At least give me time to write them a note. Please.
Angel: *considers her for a moment and then nods* Alright.
Ariel: *nods, wiping away the tears* Thank you. *quickly hugs him and then grabs a sheet of paper and a pencil, sitting down at her desk and hesitating before writing, biting her lip and trying not to let the tears spill from her eyes as she writes. As she continues writing a few tears fall from her eyes, staining the paper and smudging a bit of the pencil. She sniffs as she signs off her name and sighs, putting a hand to the necklace that Sora gave her and then looking at the ring on her finger, squeezing her eyes shut*
Angel: We should be going.
Ariel: *nods, sniffing* Can I pack a few things?
Angel: Be quick about it.
Ariel: *quickly packs away in a bag some extra clothes and a hairbrush and toiletries, also bringing along her diary from her human years, not noticing in her hustle as a few pages fall out, primarily from the end. After a moment's hesitation, she also packs a picture of her and Jessica, the cross necklace given to her by Kadaj when she was human, and Sora's shirt. She slings the bag over her shoulder and looks at Angel, nodding at him* I . . . I'm ready.
Angel: *nods and jumps out of the window*
Ariel: *sighs and looks back at her room, a few tears rolling down her cheeks before she looks out at the window, peaking her head out, taking a deep breath, and jumping out as well*
( . . . that's it. XDDD Will post Ariel's letter in a little while. ^^)

Dear Jessi, Sora, Cale, Kadaj, or anyone else who might see this,
Don’t try to find me. Please. You’ll just get hurt. Jessi, you already know that the vampire who turned us both isn’t as dead as we though he was. And you know that he’s been lurking around the mansion. But . . . he was after us Jessi. He was after me. And that’s why I have to run. I love you all so much, and I know that you wouldn’t let him take me. But he’d kill you all if you tried to protect me! I . . . I can’t let that happen! I just can’t! I’m sorry I couldn’t tell you to your faces . . . but Angel said that the vampire was getting impatient, that we had to leave as soon as possible. I don’t know where we’re going to hide or how long we’ll stay there . . . but Angel says it’s far. And I . . . I don’t know when we’ll be coming back.
Cale, Aladdin, Cloud, Dean, take care of Jessi for me, please. You’re the only family she has now. She doesn’t show it . . . but she gets lonely. Don’t leave her alone, please. And Tobias . . . I didn’t know you very well, and I know that you and Jessi aren’t on very good terms right now either . . . but I think you still care about her. So please, take care of her too.
Kadaj, I know that I didn’t get to see you much, but I just want to let you know that I’m so grateful that I got to see you again. I hope you finally find your way.
Riku, Kairi, I wish you two the best in life. I just know you two are going to be so happy with each other. Try to keep Sora out of trouble for me, will you? Oh, and Riku, please, don’t try to use your connection to my heart to find me. Please. He might be able to trace it and find me. Please, just leave me be.
Jessi, I love you. I hate leaving you behind, I hate not being able to properly say good-bye. But I have to do this. I have to. I’m going to miss you so much, and I know you’ll miss me, but please, don’t follow me, and don’t worry. I know you’re as scared of him as I am. So please, for both our sakes, don’t follow me.
Sora, I love you. I love you more than anything on this earth. You have no idea how much I was looking forward to spending the rest of my life alongside you, like the paupou promised. I had all these dreams and hopes for the future . . . I guess they’ll have to wait though. I’m sorry I couldn’t say all these things to your face, and I’m sorry that I’m leaving with nothing but a note – you know how much I hate it when that happens – but if there was another way I would have done this goodbye so differently. I’m sorry. I love you.
Don’t worry about me, I’ll have Angel for company, and he’ll keep me safe and hidden. Maybe I’ll be able to send a letter every once in a while to give you guys an update . . . but I’m not sure.
I should get going now. The longer I take the more danger I put you all in.
