Ariel and Kadaj both stepped out of the portal, and both frowned.
"Why am I not surprised that the portal led to this godforsaken place?" Kadaj murmured.
"No kidding," Ariel murmured. Her eyes landed on the series of platforms that they had to cross, and the girl then sprinted forwards, and began to hop from one platform to the next. Kadaj opened his mouth to protest, but then sighed and ran after her.
Ariel stopped for very little as she continued to run, and eventually she and Kadaj both came to the place where they had found Sora the last time they were there.

A familiar voice appears and echoes throughout the Entrance Hall that Kadaj and Ariel are standing in.

Ariel tensed, and her eyes narrowed before darting around the room.
"Who's there?!"
Kadaj just put one hand on his sword, his eyes carefully scanning the room.

Another familiar voice appears, sounding a bit younger than how they'd remember him today.

Ariel's eyes widened then, and she looked about more frantically. "Sora?? Sora!!"
kadaj's frown just deepened, and he continued to slowly glance about the area.

The darkness will destroy you...
Soon two figures begin to appear in front of Ariel and Kadaj. The figures appear to be Sora and Riku, but their younger teen selves. They look as though they are holograms of their actual selves, having a conversation from the past.
You're wrong, Riku... The darkness may destroy my body, but it can't touch my heart... My heart will stay with my friends... It'll never die...!

Ariel's eyes widened, and she instinctively made a run for Sora. But Kadaj grabbed her arm, warning her to stay back.
"I don't like this," he murmured, green eyes watching the scene warily.
Ariel bit her lip, eyes still intent upon the two figures.
