Melody sighed. "This all is wrong. My first ball in 40 years and they are back." She closed her eyes and went back to the party and her with dad dancing. "Memories." She sighed trying not to remember. Proteus held her in his arms, "Everything will be alright...you'll see." Melody sighed "I sure hope so." She said softly as she closed her eyes and leaned back into Proteus trying to fight off her memories of that night. |
