She has returned to me. My beautiful rose is once more here in my arms. Lestat didn't kill her he turned her and kept her a secret from me. Fed her lies about me. Meg is starting to think her daughter is alive now as well...and Lestat called Meg his love. Megera wouldnt tell me what he meant by that and ignored further questions i had. Makes me wonder.

Kimberly doesnt seem like herself. She didnt remember the mansion. She was there when they were building it. She was at the alter. How can she not remember?

I'm worried. Where is the ring i gave kimberly... i was sure i put it on her finger before the blood shed.. and she doesnt drink blood. If she's not a vampire...how is she here? I know lestat killed her. She died in my arms. None of this makes sense.

Megera took Kimberly to go find lestat. Apparently he possessed Proteus and told her her daughter was alive...he baited her and i know he wont be dumb enough to be at his mansino like he was before....there must be a shack or something hidden...which would explain why he brought kimberly since she's been with Lestat for so long. But where do we start the search? Why does Lestat want Meg so bad.

It was a lie. My beautiful rose was never here. it was an imposter. It was all just part of Lestat's trick. I have to move on from her now...she would want me happy....i will try for her to go on with my life.. on the plus side Megera has her daughter back.

Dear Diary,
I learned to let go of the past. There was a ball and I had a great time with marina. I never saw her so beautiful...i kissed her.
sadly we were interruped by Jim's ex girlfriend and father. They're hungers and tried to kill us but we soon handled it.

i told marina i loved her. is it possible for me to be happy again? I think it just might with her by my side. Proteus has done her wrong. He lied and cheated. How could he do that to someone like her. no matter I'll treat her better than he ever will. I havn't seen Meg around much she's been spending time with Jamie. some how that frightens me. I wonder why i feel that way toward my own niece. But. she's powerful..and she's older than she appears. I wonder.
